If today was your last day on earth, what would you do? While this question gets us thinking about what truly matters, it also paralyzes us. How do you decide what's the most effective, impactful, God-honoring thing to do when you're about to enter eternity? Perhaps, what we should be asking instead, is, "Does being prepared for the second coming of Christ involve some grand acts of obedience or not?" Well, according to Peter, it doesn't. In 4:7-11, Peter reminds his readers that in light of Christ'sChrist'st coming, they need to remain faithful to Christ by fervently loving and serving each other!
