The various "one another" commands in the New Testament deepen our understanding of what it means to "love one another." In Philippians 2:1-11, Paul calls the church to "regard one another as more important than yourselves" (2:3), or to esteem one another. To esteem means to set a high value on something; to count others as more valuable or more significant than yourself.
Theme: A regular affirmation of Gospel realities directly affects how we value each other in the body of Christ.
