Membership

Why Church Membership?

Membership is a formal relationship between you and GraceHill Church, which enables the elders to shepherd you spiritually as you grow in your faith and live out your discipleship in the care of the church body.

By becoming a member, you commit to and identify yourself with this local assembly of believers for divine purposes, which could be simply identified as becoming a disciple:

• Receiving instruction from God’s Word (1 Tim. 4:13)
• Serving one another (Rom. 12:3-8)
• Participating in the ordinances (Acts 2:41-42)
• Proclaiming the Gospel (Matt. 28:18-20)

Membership Process

• Fill out the Membership Interest Form
• Read What we Teach + the Bylaws
• Fill out Membership Application and sign the covenant. You can also download PDF.
• Attend the next scheduled Membership Class
• Meet with a pastor for an interview (learn, ask questions, etc)
• Participate in a public welcoming during Sunday Worship
