Tim was born in Astana, Kazakhstan, and immigrated to Sacramento in 1997 at the age of 10. As a teenager, he gave his life to Jesus Christ and began to serve at a local church, being involved in youth and college ministries. For 9 years, Tim was also a pastoral assistant for outreach and evangelism to the colleges in the Sacramento area. Tim is one of the founding members of GraceHill Church and became ordained to pastoral ministry on September 22, 2019. The following year, in November 2020, he accepted the call to become the teaching pastor of GraceHill Church. Tim is a graduate of The Cornerstone Seminary in Vallejo, CA. He and his lovely wife Marina have four children: Adelle, Mia, Evan, and Nora.
